Felisa Read, PT

.Felisa "Lisa" Read, PT has 25years of experience. Her areas of special interest are working with babies with developmental delays, concerns with walking, torticollis, downs syndrome, cerebral palsy and genetic diagnosis.  

She was VP and board member of Erie Independent Homes and has clinical experience working at Shriners Hospital and the Motion Analysis Lab, Barber National Institute and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh PICU and outpatient care. She worked as a certified hand therapist. Level 1 Hippotherapy certified and a passion for promoting developmental milestones while working closely with families and caregivers.

She attended Bucknell University and Gannon University and has assisted academia at Gannon University. 

 

Holly Lafuria, MS, OTR/L

Holly is an experienced pediatric therapist. She obtained her master’s degree in 2011 from Gannon Universities’ Occupational Therapy Program. Holly is skilled in working with children with feeding concerns and oral motor strengthening. She is adept in developmental issues arising from genetic diagnosis and sensory processing disorders. She is witty and fun. Holly enjoys working with children with complex feeding issues, wheelchair seating positioning needs and skilled in advanced kinsiotape application. Holly’s past clinical experiences include Shriner’s Hospital for Children and Charleston Pediatric Rehabilitation.

Natalia Munoz, MS, OTR/L

Natalia is a bilingual, Spanish speaking, pediatric, Occupational therapist. She graduated from Gannon Universities’ Occupational Therapy Program. She is outgoing and cheery. Natalia is skilled in fine motor development and sensory processing therapies that include continuing education in Neural Developmental and Autism Navigator training. Natalia is skilled at working with children with behavior needs resulting from sensory stimulation. She is an asset to families as she easily helps guide them in therapeutic techniques to support their growing babies.

Julie Baer (Bhyam), OTR/LSIPT

Julie is skilled in sensory processing integration, feeding concerns and is SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Test) certified (2008). She graduated from Gannon University in 2005 and is an accomplished and skilled pediatric Occupational Therapist. Julie enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills when closely with families and caregivers. She is compassionate and experienced when working with challenging concerns integrating sensory and mealtime problems. Julie is very skilled and has long term experience working with cleft palate diagnosis and post-surgical cleft palate feeding regimens.

Lyudmila Belousov, DPT

Lyuda is a trilingual Russian and Ukranian speaking Physical Therapist. She obtained her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Gannon University and has clinical experiences in pediatric rehabilitation and early intervention. She draws clinical expertise from athletic training and work as an adjunct in Gannon’s Physical Therapy program. Lyuda is kind when working with family and caregivers at home or daycare settings and has special skills working with developmentally delayed children with medical diagnoses such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, torticollis and autism spectrum disorder.

Julia Hawkins, OTD/OTR/L

Dr. Julia's pediatric experience includes work at Shiner's Hospital. She enjoys research in the area of feeding difficulties in children and is Pediatric Assistant Professor at Gannon University's Occupational Therapy Program. She obtained her doctorate from Chatham University. Dr. Julia has also organizes Little Knights, a pro bono occupational therapy clinic at Gannon University. She is published in Healthy System Management and Leadership for Physical and Occupational Therapists, W. VanWye and D. Lunsford. (not pictured in photo)
